Letter To Friend Describing The Inspector's Visit To Your School

Dear Danish
The annual inspection of our school came off on the 9th instant. The school premises were quite clean and the class rooms were well decorated. The teachers and the students were in their best clothes.
The district education officer arrived at the school at nine. He was accompanied by thy deputy education officer and two AEO's. The headmaster and the school scouts received him at the gate. The headmaster then took the inspector round the school while the DEO and the AEO's became busy examining the middle and primary classes.
Having gone round the school the education officer tested high classes in English and Mathematics. He was quite satisfied with the work of the classes. After the examination which lasted three hours the officer inspected our drill and marching. He and his assistants were very pleased with what they saw. They left at about 2pm the school was closed for the next day in honor of the District Education Officer's visit.
